Constantly interrupted by the ringing of a telephone, a man is desperate to poke his eye out. Can he succeed?

 

Fever is a short absurd comedy film that follows a man attempting to poke his eye out with a pencil. His main obstacle is a smiling telephone that is constantly interrupting him with its ringing. Unable to ignore it, the man resorts to bizarre tactics to silence the phone. However, these efforts consistently devolve into slapstick mishaps as the ringing intensifies and his body deteriorates.
