I’m a multidisciplinary daydreaming child from Lima, mainly focusing on film and moving image work in the short format. I’m interested in making confrontational pieces that visually explore the unsupervised vomits of the imagination, specifically those related to desire.

 

What I do embraces the drowsy consciousness of dreams as my process is influenced by a collage methodology and my background in architecture. This has helped me embrace free association and non-rational generative processes while retaining a rational, clean cut editing practice for the aftermath. I'm free to move between live-action, animation and video installation pieces while also retaining a sense of humor. Praise the irrational for it brings me great joy as it helps me make (non)sense of this world.
